Wow! I decided to change banks and opened an account with Starling. I completed the simple process of requesting a switch. The whole process took 5 days and all my stop orders and direct debits were transferred seamlessly.The communication throughout was excellent.The app is simple to use, with very useful information and features to help manage your account.Simply brilliant!
So glad we moved to Starling Bank. Absolutely seamless transition from our old banks. We had our cards within a few days and everything was moved across within a week. Delighted with the services provided. Currently on holiday and so happy to not be charged for using our card anywhere ( purchases and cash withdrawals). Love the app and all its functions. Simple to use and easy to access . Can't praise the bank highly enough. So happy with our choice. Thank you!
This is my new bank of choice now. I love everything about it. The app is easy to use, they answer the phones very quickly and are a pleasure to be with. All my deposits and withdrawals are done at my local post office around the corner from me. Cheques are deposited by taking a clear picture of it with the app. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
Starling Bank's app helps me better organize my finances because it clearly shows my spending history. This enables me both to plan for future spending, as well as to know areas in which I need to cut my spending. Overall, the app and banking services are great, and I would definitely recommend Starling Bank!
I have business account and personal account in starting bank and it is very easy to doing any transactions. You don't need to go bank or no need to call and wait 1 hour to speak customer service. When u need help you can contact with them easily. Everything is easy , everything is professionally and thank you very much 😊
I am happy about my choice to set up an account with Starling Bank. The whole transfer process was very easy, they literally did everything for me. I never had any incoming payments missing. Also, I absolutely love the feature which is showing any outgoing money or income going/coming in the nearest future. Therefore, I can make sure that the funds on my account are sufficient for my upcoming bills. Great bank.
Like a breath of fresh air banking with Starling. They tell you in time to help you avoid charges. A perfect account for travelling, no foreign exchange charges and a good exchange rate.On top of all this, they pay you interest every month, even when you are only using it as a current account.The best move I have made with my banking
I wanted a no nonsense bank account that I could access wherever in the world I might be!The bank offer fee free withdrawal from cash machine in the local currency. The machine operator may charge a handling fee, but you get the days bank rate for exchange purposes. You can also use the card as a Mastercard charge card. Any deposit or withdrawal is confirmed immediately in the app so you know what is happening in your account instantly! I can honestly say I think Starling Bank is brilliant!
Wrost experience. Never trust such app banking. Its been 3 days I m waiting from escalate team to review my account. I have switched my bank details to sterling at my work place, once my wages came through they restricted my account. Now I cannot do nothing on Balance. They have restricted everything. What a bad experience and bad decide to trust such an app banking sterling. Please don't trust this bank.

Sadly I have not had a good experience of Starling Bank and have decided to leave. To open the account back in September '21 I was put thought a ridiculous inquisition about my business and was even asked to submit a business plan to them. I was not wanting a loan, just to open an account! I have been with them until now and this week have asked to open a second account. I have over £12,000 in my present account and have an excellent credit rating. However they told me that they would not be able to open another account for me for reasons that they were not prepared to explain. It was all very odd. I since opened an account with HSBC which was applied for, opened and receiving my money into it within 1 hour. What a shame Starling have been so difficult. I would potentially have 2 accounts with them now but as it is I am moving my money out and will soon have no accounts with them. Beware, there are a definitely friendlier and more efficient banks out there!!
