I am very disappointed with this service. 1. The advertised rate is NOT what you get when you put the transaction through. 2. Getting the money to them is very difficult. You have to manually get the money to them and if your bank has limits on the amount of money that can be transferred it extends the time that your transfer will take AND adds to expense 3. they have very poor support for their clients only available mon-friday UK time. Most banks are open. 4. YOU CANNOT CANCEL a transaction easily AND have to pay EXTRA FEES. I would suggest using WISE rather than using this service. Much more intuitive and user friendly.

First time iv needed to send currency internationally. Received a very professional service, dealt with the same person throughout who was very easy to contact via phone and email. There was a problem with sending a large payment as I was given the wrong account details, but torfx supported me throughout. Would use again

I've completed around a dozen exchanges so far and have found them to be very professional and their team has provided great customer service.

I have been using TorFX for many years. I forget to bookmark the page, so I Googled to find the page to log on and make another transfer. I was disappointed to see that Google were only awarding them 3.7 out of 5 stars. My experience is that this company have been superb with my transfers. The money lands in my Greek account within the day.I think most of the 1 star reviews are from people who are frustrated with the amount of documentation needed to open an account. I had no problem providing that information.Once you have opened an account, you will find the transfers really easy. The exchange rate is ALWAYS clearly shown every step of the way.You will notice the exchange rate is better if you change more money in one go.I aim to be using this company for many years to come.

Ive dealt with them for quite a few years now. I have a dedicated accounts manager and if i need help she is always there. Would recommend them anytime

Really bad experience with TorFX. I was looking for the best quotes and was shopping around. Explained to them I was quoted X amount by another company and they said they will top it. Once I was signed up, the account manager then told me that the information was incorrect prior to sign up and the quote on the app is what the actual exchange rate is - seems like they only want you to sign up and will feed you lies to do so.

Not sure why people are complaining here? Nothing but efficient service from Ian Morley at Torfx. Really very good indeed.Your bank has transaction limits, not a fault of Torfx……..???The rate is very much as described, on the TORFX app, to the dollar ???Yes, they are closed on weekends for verbal Support, hence the 4 stars not 5, but as is XE In my experience..…maybe some companies with worse exchange rates stay open 24/7 ??? Why would I want to find out ??I’m enjoying the AUD exchange rate with Torfx at the moment, but my bank has transaction limits, and hasn’t responded to my requests….Guess what my next review will be……

The online process for transferring money is streamlined and simple. I have used TorFx for a number of transfers now and find it very convenient and trouble free.

My transfer was delayed as I had not put my own name on the a/c in France! so nothing to do with TorFX As I only use it to top up my French a/c I do not use it often.

Never before exchanged the amount of USD into GBP that I had - great advice and guidance as to how to do that effectively. Very, very pleased.
