Awful bank, opened an account was promised an incentive, they made a lame excuse didn't pay it even though I had the evidence to prove I'd met the criteria, next stop is the ombudsman

Rubbish bank whn u pay with debit card the funds go out then go back in your bank causing confusion as to how much you actually have then 4 days later the money goes out properly and if your not aware of this 9times out of 10 you have already used the money not knowing whats going on since noone tells you money goes out then bk in then out after 4 days why dont the bank just hold the funds so that we dont get overdrawn.. il never know and if u have accidentaly used the funds not knowing then u get charged unplanned overdraft its defo the worst bank by far i would not recommend this bank to anyone but my enemies

Closed down our local branch so have to travel miles just to ask a question as call centre says only a branch can sort it .

Rubbish interest rates the same as everyone else. Pleasant efficient staff and doesn't get overcrowded.
