I completed my application online and the banking data that was suppose to come straight after didn't turn up till the next day and on that day no telephone call was made to discuss the application or ask further questions. So that's 2 days gone, and I am still waiting.....so negative review given.

Awful experience. Had a toddler and baby with us as we did a joint application. Paperwork took 1 hour and a half and our toddler was getting very distressed. Then received a phone call this morning to say we were declined. Which the point of the matter is we wasted our time if it had of been 15 minutes it would’ve been acceptable but to take that long for us to be declined I’m very annoyed! I took time off work to make this appointment. Don’t get your hopes up I read reviews and assumed we would be okay but no.

These people helped myself and my family.. CHEAPEST high street loans. Friendly and helpful. Beats oakham hands down. Only charge is 2.50 for late payment. If paid within 24 hours they knock it off. Wolverhampton branch. Only people that would have a problem is free loaders and money grabbers. I'd you need help these can do it if you have even benefits
