If it had not been for the store being there as well as being staffed by Kevin and the folks there I would have been buried alive in one of the many financial holes I have wound up stepping into. They have been consistently on the level as regards to the value of what I bought to them on buyback. And as a result I have respect and trust in them as a business operation.That said Kevin must be sick of the sight of my PC tower and mobile never mind me (!)Kudos fellas!

If your bicycle or tool's stolen this is the place you can find them they buy stolen items and police don't care.

Went to the Tolworth branch today. The store was tidy and the guy helping me was really friendly. But I have to admit I was shocked when they offered me one to two pounds for the various items I wanted to sell. I couldn’t actually believe they offered me so little money. I realised that those prices were not worth the effort of selling at that store. It actually felt like they were being totally unreasonable. Far better to sell via gumtree, Schpok or E Bay. I think what really almost hurt was no effort from their side to offer even close to a good fair price. I can’t see this store / company lasting much longer with such harsh prices.

Bought a number of Turtles from the web shop on Friday. I rang the store on Saturday morning to ask is their anyway they could ship today before 12pm as that is the last collection on Saturdays at the post office. I spoke to a very nice gentleman Elliot on the phone and he told me he would try his best.He rang me back later to say he had managed to send so I was extremely happy. But what makes the customer service exemplary, is that he rang me back later to say that one Turtle had not been sent. That for me is the pinnacle of customer service and for that Elliot, you have my sincere thanks.Elliot is somebody who is going places. I just hope that he is respected by CC.Also. I spoke to Roy on the phone is was very helpful and friendly. Big thanks for that.So on a final note: Cowabunga Elliot, you are awesome dude!

Sold a dodgy PlayStation which won’t let me buy anything nor use the internet browser, took ages to dispatch and now it has took over 3 and a half weeks to get my refund through!

Phoned and spoke to a Dom at the store who said the Stanley Industrial Fan which I wanted to sell was worth between £40 - £60. Drove all the way there and spoke to the guy behind the counter who said they will give £20 EVEN BEFORE SEEING THE FAN which was still in my car. The fan was used for 2 days only and the RRP is around £108 ! I asked to speak to Dom and he said he was not in the store when Dom was literally by the entrance. They are cheap to tell blatant lies and promise one price range and then offer half when you get there even before seeing the item. Very cheap unprofessional guys avoid at all costs.

Lovely deal on a high-spec laptop. But i bought it by mistake.Elliot put me at ease and immediately processed me a refund like it was nothing.Lovely customer service and great communication, even during lockdown.Thank you guys!

Travelled to this store to buy a piece of tech urgently needed we saw online they had in stock. Amazing service from the staff and explanations, a deal we thought was too good to be true was so much better! So helpful. Would most certainly recommend.

Have not used the store for years, but do use the online website, it was a good experience, i bought a apple watch, and arrived within days.
