Please never bank with these guys. I am amazed they even got a banking license. Business Account was frozen twice for no reason, customer service are just call loggers who can’t help and actually don’t care. They claim that they are there for small businesses but they nearly destroyed my business in its first six months. They hold thousands of pounds of your hard earned money for weeks. It may take five minutes to set up an account but you will have months of pain to follow. I have just tried to close my account ( I could not wait to leave!) but can not even do this online and have to contact customer service to make it a truly painful experience, right to the bitter end. Please fellow consumers, take my advice and NEVER bank with these bunch of incompetent and frankly unethical shower of so called ‘banking’ professionals. I can not believe that they are still allowed to operate.
Absolute joke of a bank how has this bank not been shut down by the authorities yet??Cleared all my statement history and locked my bank account for 2 months. All my direct debits bounced it has affected my trust with my clients! It took them 2 months to verify a passport and a utility bill which I provided with upon registration of the account.I think i would have better luck talking to my shoe than the customer service team!My account is now unblocked and I'm escaping to a real bank as a safe heaven honestly if you are reading this and don't have gray hair yet save your self don't do it!
Unfortunately not a suitable bank account for most small to medium business, like many others I was required to apply for a limit increase when the limit of 50,000 was exceed by approximately 2,000. I was happy to comply with the banking teams limit increase policy, however the bank subsequently locked access to my online application and held the funds for over a week at this point. Has made doing business over the festive period very difficult, complying to the best of our ability but no end in sight wouldn't recommend unfortunately especially if you're a growing business.

Terrible customer service. Everything seems to take ''two working days''Strangely, I had a balance limit applied to my account! and when I went over it they held the overpayment amount for "two working days" which delayed completion of a property purchase!. I have received an email from them today saying they will call me as i need to answer some questions and failure will result in my account being blocked. No call from them all day and my account was blocked before 5pm. I called them and was informed another team would call me to ask the questions and, yes, "two working days" So i have been left without access to my money again!! If you want access to your money, do not bank with Cashplus!Latest Update: Still no access to my account!! I called Cashplus on 21/12/21 and again today (04/01/21) but all customer services can do is to place another note on my account!!

Avoid this bank at all cost!Opening a business account was very straight forward and for the first 2 weeks we deposited our takings. Then without warning they froze our account with a message to call customer services . On calling customer services they said the account was under review and someone would be in contact within 48 hrs. TWO weeks later I finally got a call asking for some documents to prove our business was legitimate and where our funds were coming from . I sent all the relevant documents straight away and got an email back telling us the review would be done within 5 days and if we did not hear back from them in that time the account would be unrestricted. That was 2 weeks ago !!I have emailed the complaints department twice , you only get an automated reply . I have called customer services every 3 days only to be told the account is under review, some one will be in touch , which never happens .Reading the reviews on Google and trust pilot this seems to be common practice. I wish I had read them before opening an account.I am now considering taking legal action in the form of a class action law suit due to the financial and mental distress this bank has caused so many of its customers
Worst bank I’ve seen, don’t go with them!! I’ve had my account locked for over 2 months now holding my hard working money. Won’t get back to me to unclog it, just keep telling me to wait for a call, I’ve been waiting for a month. Absolutely sick of it. Was fine with them the first year now all of a sudden this. I’ve reported them and I will continue to report them until they sort this out. How can any bank hold peoples money that I need. Absolutely disgraceful
This bank is an absolute joke and the least professional customer service team I've ever dealt with!! In my business account I make regular payments to a landlord of our business premises and also received a large invoice payment from works completed.Cash plus froze my account after flagging as suspicious. Asking for proof of invoice, proof of contracts and proof of external bank accounts in my own name! After providing information as requested, they still haven't unlocked our account and have still not returned a call in the past 4 days after promising a 48 hour response time!All we are told is that they have the right to suspend an account as they see fit!Times are hard enough right now without these idiots making life harder by stopping our revenue streams and restricting our cash flow in order to operate our business!In short, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANKING SERVICE if you want to have hassle free banking!Yours TruelyThrough The Ages Limited
This bank is an absolutely joke.They blocked my account, it’s been over 4 weeks they have been holding my money. I’ve called several times just to be told it will be looked into within 48 hours or 5 working days each time.Every time i speak to an advisor they can’t pass you to a team leader/manager or another department to resolve the matter.Please be careful when picking a bank as I would not recommend them. Now I can understand why there’s a lot of one star rating. They will never deal with any enquiry or issues in a reasonable timeframe.

It been solid "three month" and my business credit card hasent been received. Been calling customer service/ credit card team and non seem to give me any tangible reason why I haven't received my credit card. I further search for the email address for all the top guys in the team to alert them of my frustration but non cared to respond back my emails.Not the best business bank for those looking for fast transaction. I need to move on to those ready for the game. Cashplus Bank speed up ur game.

The worst bank!! do not use!! terrible terrible terrible!!They charge for the worst service possible on a subscription service.on the death of my grandmother I was tasked with shutting down the account. This account mind you was by no means her main account, as who would trust these rookies with any substantial funds. when a relative dies and you as executor are tying up loss ends you want the process to be as painless as possible. this Bank out of all the different entities I had to contact, kept sending me round in circles asking for different documents, when they could have asked in the initial letter for everything. Use a big bank not this joke of a bank like this, all the others were very efficient and we settled everything very easily. and when I say others I mean all of them Lloyds HSBC etc etc
