Completely FRAUD!! They cheated everything!! Whatever they told are lies!!! I supposed to receive GBP182 for the exchange but they finally only gave me GBP145!!!! They lied that I exchanged the money in 2 separate times so they offered different rates. But the fact is that I firstly intended to exchange HKD1,000 @11.74 then the cheating guy suggested me to exchange HKD2,000 @11.00. I agreed to it and handed in another HKD1,000. So I expected to receive GBP181.81. Finally the robber robbed the rate difference and 14.97% service fee!!!!! I argued with him and he excused he already printed the invoice for the first HKD1,000 before I confirmed to exchange the second HKD1,000 and that's why he charged me @11.74 and @11 respectively!!!I complained he is damn dishonest and he said I was insulting him! I challenged him why he still asked whether I wanted to exchange further for better rate and he never told me he already completed the deal for the first HKD1,000! He's the one suggesting me to exchange HKD2,000 but then he exchanged me such amount at two different rates! AND I had NEVER been told about the unreasonably high service fee!!! NEVER EVER visit this shop pls!!!!!

DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE. they robbed me with 15% service fee !!!! without any advanced notice and a l lost 75 €. Anand did not tell me he is gone to rob me this way . When I demanded to give me back my money before I even toched his, he pointed to a letter on the wall that says that he can cancel once he gets your money. Dont go there at all .

Total fraud how is this not illegal , i was charged 15% commision fee without my knowledge and they refused to give me back my money saying no refund after change so be aware !!!

Very very bad change, they rob from me 40£ .... I change 225 € and they give me 132£ the ATM change to 0.78£ they take a 15% commission plus 3€ commission is very bad here don't go

The rate was not the right one of the day plus their fees are too much important. Fortunately I had just 7$ to get ride of, but still a rip-off especially if you have a bigger amount to change. Avoid as much as you can!

Seriously don’t come here. They offered me a ridiculous amount of money in exchange and I said “no thanks”, the guy pressed the button and then told me it was done and I had to accept 60 pounds less than the actual correct change. Rude and desperate thieves.

The rate was a full 30-40 % above market rate. There needs to be action taken to remove them from the street, targeting unsuspecting tourists. Never step in here
