Unfair and do not take the blaringly obvious into consideration. They want you to pay for something that you are not using. This company, like many others out there that are dodgy, needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got soft search approved to then be rejected. The whole point of a soft search is to make sure someone is eligible. Went through days of hassle trying to sort some information for them just for them to reject my application for something I could CLEARLY afford to pay monthly on and now its marked against my credit. Fuming isn't the word. After reading other reviews and experiences, then doing some research of this 'business' I wish I didn't waste my time. Looks like someone handing out money from their living room window.

Please do not use Etika. About a year ago ,due to the pandemic, all exams were cancelled. Due to this we wanted a refund. However , the company ,that did the exams, offered a partial refund .We were quite upset with the outcome ,however we accepted.Later, Etika intervened and persistently promised us for 4 months that they fight for us and refund the money.After , the 4 months they said they will send the money to us after lockdown.A couple of days ago ,when lockdown finished, we called Etika. This time they said they will offer £360 ,than £1200.This offer was worse than the partial refund and they lied that they would give us the full amount.Even with that offer ,we accepted.Finally, two days ago they called us unexpectedly and said they will not give us the money.After more than a year of promises ,that they will give us the full refund ,they finally said they will not give us any refund.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY. They lie and take your money.

Do not use this service!The worst experience in my life. I am still paying for a course I never Did get it with 360 gsp, An it course. Etika actually is previous Paybreak, have a look on that! Dodgy company.

Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend getting finance through Etika (formerly AffordItNow). I have a credit agreement with them for a purchase with YourSmileDirect which has now gone into administration - I have emailed them 5+ times to ask for a reduction in my remaining credit balance as I haven’t received the full goods/services and they have not replied, not even an automatic reply. Absolutely pitiful customer service and communication, stay far away from this company.

I don’t normally apply for credit but I thought I would take the opportunity to do so with the vitality Apple Watch offer and I must say the process with Etika was quick efficient and painless. I am usually weary of applying for credit as I don’t like hard searches on my credit report unless I am absolutely convinced of the deal . This was one such occasion and I’m happy that I am with Etika

Not sure if this is Etika's fault or Vitality's, but the renewal process for Amazon Prime needs serious improvement! Totally unintuitive and confusing with multiple errors throughout the process. It's a small wonder that I managed to renew in the end (which is why it received 2 instead of 1 star)!

Was very satisfied with the service sorted me this pretty quick as it was for my sons birthday and all was complete for for is birthday will definitely use this company again.

So easy to sort out the finance out very straight forward easy to understand got my result for finance within minutes. Would easy recommend.

Had a soft search from Etika with a positive response regarding a small pay monthly finance plan. I have a good credit score and was given the all go from the soft search to do the full application. Following this I was rejected by them which has left me a negative on my credit file... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FINANCE AS THEY ENTICE YOU WITH A LIE ON THE SOFT SEARCH. SCAM ARTISTS.
