    Where to start, staff are fantastic very welcoming and they could answer for any enquiries I had. If you need to borrow money on your jewellery this is the place!!!! The guy who is working there even notice that I have a very stressful day and he offered me a coffee!!!! Thanks!!!!

    If I could give zero, I would. Staff are rude and made things more difficult than any other western union branch I’ve been at over the years. They refused to give us the money although we answered all data protection questions and had various forms of ID to support. Don’t bother coming here, there’s a high probability it will be a wasted trip. Considering finances can be quite a sensitive situation to begin with, the last thing you need is customer representatives that have no people skills, empathy or practice flexibility that the official process permits.
