I never expected to get car finance in the first place but they came through with an excellent deal for my chosen car. Quite literally spoke on Monday, picked a car on Tuesday and collected it on Friday. Excellent service and I've never had any cause to contact them or be contacted by them other than the monthly text reminder which is good. I would definitely recommend them 100%

Following my previous review below I got a what I can only describe as a courtesy call, that was 2 weeks ago and now I am being left completely in the dark about my case again, leave you for weeks on end with the money still being taken from my account for absolutely nothing, I don't even have a car to drive!!!!!BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION REGARDING MY COMPLAINT IS ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE, HOW YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT IS BEYOND ME.

Absolutely shocking that company can not answer the phone when you have rang them four times and been on hold for 8 to 10 minutes. When they ring you if you cancelled the direct debit?

I've only had my car since December, really it's much more money than I can afford and after reading all these comments I have zero doubts there's no way out of it. If anyone has any way out of this please let me know

This is the worst company ever for car loans. I had a loan, ended it according to the terms / conditions. They took 6 months to collect the car costing me money in insurance, storage etc. They apologized for the delay, upholding my complaint and then told the credit reference agencies that I had defaulted payment for 6 months. Now I cannot get a mortgage! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO BUY A HORSE TO GET AROUND.You have responded to this review by saying you have fixed my problem. The problem is resolved when the damage from your negligence is permanently removed from my Credit File and at the time of writing this, it is not! I Still cannot get a mortgage in principle as a result of your actions.

Well what can I say thought I wouldn't get credit for a car these guys took me on willing to help. Have missed quite a few payments in the past and just recently due to outside circumstances but these guys were understanding and helped me when I needed it. Also when it came to the repayment of arrears each handler except one who was a bloke and told me that if I couldn't afford to pay I should never have gotten the finance in the first place the rest have been amazing. Honestly I would recommend these to anyone looking for help

Pathetic company to deal with, these people are a complete waste of time. Their customer service team is awful, I spoke the lady Sharon in dealer department and looks to me sleepy while speaking with me over the phone,, very bad attitude and she has no sense how to deal with the people. She is more likely behaved this company dont want to work. I have no other option giving big ""ZERO"" star but I need to click 1 star due to no option.

Avoid them. Useless on the phone, unable to explain things properly.You pay the intrest of the car first so they can use the treat of repossession right to the last pound.I told them I was selling the car and I asked for a final settlement. 2 months and 2 payments later I sold the car and asked for another final settlement so I could settle the ammount. Somehow the figure was higher than the first one, so basically I've been paying for a car for 2 years, yet not actually paid a penny off it yet.

Useless company, issue with my car which moneyway refused to get a second opinion on. Ended up having to go through ombudsman to resolve. Save yourself the hassle, dirty dirty company.Update: thanks for the response jocelyn, however I called 2 days ago and am waiting on a response, just called the number you provided and just puts me back to customer service. Thanks for the generic response, don't understand the point when you obviously don't want to resolve. I stand by my previous review, useless dirty company.
