Tried to get a loan but didn't know how to fill out the form properly asked my agent for help she didn't help at all kept waiting n waiting to hear back so I filled it in myself for them to tell me I there not giving me a loan coz I dont have enough even though I've had a loan 2 times with them before place is an absolute joke had I got help to fill out the form I would have filled it out right!!

I was with this company since 2019 never missed a payment then 1 day I applied to renew a loan & got told no. My credit report was blamed my credit report which was the same in 2019 but they also changed their online portal which is the worst no info.on it just enough to let you make a payment. You are not rewarded for being a good customer & I will not use them again. Only shining light was my agent she was as helpful as she could be & felt terrible because of course they make the agents deliver the bad news!!!

Cowboys and just want your money as the smaller the loan the more you pay so you wont get what you are told your eligable for this is wrong and totaly selling you the loan so you think you can get a bigger next 1 shower of cowboys wrongly advertising for big loan amount that you dont get

Was took on by agent doing me out of £1800 pound which I never got anything back total disgrace but will be in hands of solicitor

Edit: company owned me straight away to apologise and take my number off their system. It seems their customer gave them a wrong number or someone put it down wrong.I have had a lot of scammers trying to steal from me recently (even supposed legitimate company) that my initial reaction was this was the same. My apologies. Giving you more stars for swift actions.Not had anything to do with this company nor any loans yet recieved a text stating they couldn't take a direct debit due. I've had to Google to find out who they are. Scammers trying to get your bank details! Don't be fooled by them! Don't use this company!
